How to book?
To be eligible for this rate you must book your accommodation during the registration process for Cutera University Clinical Forum. The hotel will not accept your booking or any changes directly.
How to make changes to your booking?
All changes must be received in writing to cutera@tphe.com.au
Payments
Cancellation Policy
Within 30 days prior to arrival all room nights cancelled and no shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the quoted rate per room night cancelled or no show.
In the event of the CUCF being cancelled, all accommodation bookings will be cancelled without penalty.
If hotel guests are in a lockdown area or W Melbourne goes into a lockdown directed by the Government, then W Melbourne will refund the full accommodation amount to the guest.

W Melbourne provides a limited amount of valet parking spaces for hotel guests only. This is at a cost of $60 per car, per day. Please note valet parking is strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
To access valet car parking you enter via Wheels at 408 Flinders Lane.
Alternatively, self-parking is available in a number of the public car parks surrounding the hotel.
