Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received up to Friday 16 April 2021 will receive a full refund, less $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person before Friday 14 May 2021 without receiving any extra cost penalty.
In the instance that the in-person event cannot proceed or a registered delegate can not attend due to the ongoing COVID19 situation (i.e. border closures or compulsory isolation), all registrations will be transferred to virtual tickets. No administration fee will apply in such a case.
If hotel guests are in a lockdown area or W Melbourne goes into a lockdown directed by the Government, then W Melbourne will refund the full accommodation amount to the guest.
